Message	After the big lecture from my shop/installer about buying "grey market" stuff, he finally installed the thing. Price was outstanding, but they don't add any value re: service or support. Very no-frills operation. -John P : but make sure they have what you want in stock. I hear it takes them forever to ship stuff if it's not. Don't count on any after-the-sale service either.
